蚂蚁力量*戏曲社:于泰康吴园绽放京剧风采

戏暖夕阳，艺伴韶华

2026 年 5 月，西交利物浦大学蚂蚁力量社团携手戏同戏曲社共同开展福利院敬老陪护志愿活动。本次活动以戏剧、戏曲艺术为载体，发挥两个社团各自优势，将志愿服务温情与戏剧专业特色相结合，走进福利院近距离陪伴长者，通过戏曲动作演示、传统文化科普、现场文艺表演、暖心互动赠礼等形式，为老年群体送去精神慰藉与人文关怀，同时以公益实践践行敬老爱老传统，让青年力量与戏曲文化一同走进夕阳生活。

In May 2026, The Ant Power Workshop of Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University joined hands with the Drama Society to launch a volunteer activity of accompanying the elderly at a welfare home. Taking drama and traditional opera as the carrier, the event gave full play to the respective strengths of the two societies and integrated the warmth of volunteer services with professional theatrical features. Volunteers went into the welfare home to accompany the elderly in person. Through traditional opera gesture demonstrations, traditional culture popularization, on-site artistic performances, warm interactions and gift-giving, they brought spiritual comfort and humanistic care to the elderly. Meanwhile, the activity practiced the traditional virtue of respecting and caring for the elderly through public welfare practice, allowing youthful strength and traditional opera culture to warm the lives of senior citizens.

本次活动由蚂蚁力量社团与戏曲社分工协作筹备：蚂蚁力量对接泰康吴园，敲定活动细节与流程，两社联合招募筛选志愿者；戏剧社打磨戏曲节目与科普内容，蚂蚁力量统筹物资与秩序，全体人员提前开展陪护礼仪培训，确保活动暖心开展。

活动当日，志愿者们首先被泰康吴园雅致清幽的景致深深吸引，青瓦白墙、亭台水榭间草木葱茏，一步一景皆是江南风韵，清幽宁静的环境也为本次活动铺垫了温柔氛围。随后两社志愿者协同开展活动：先以趣味词条暖场互动，用戏曲元素与老物件轻松交流，拉近距离；再由戏剧社志愿者示范经典戏曲身段，讲解戏曲行当、脸谱等文化知识，邀请长者现场模仿体验并手把手指导；最后为参与长者送上戏曲小礼品，并带来专场表演，现场氛围温馨融洽。 

活动结束后，两社共同收集反馈、总结优化，同时与泰康洽谈后续常态化志愿合作，希望以吴园的优美环境为载体，将单次活动延续为长期陪伴，持续为长者送去文艺关怀与温情。

The activity was jointly prepared by Ant Power Workshop and Drama Society. Ant Power communicated with Taikang Wuyuan to confirm activity details and procedures. The two societies recruited and selected volunteers together. The Drama Society polished opera shows and cultural popularization content, while Ant Power arranged supplies and maintained on-site order. All members received training on accompanying etiquette to ensure the activity proceeded warmly and smoothly.On the activity day, volunteers were immediately captivated by the elegant and serene scenery of Taikang Wuyuan. Featuring grey tiles, white walls, pavilions and lush green plants, the scenic garden presents authentic Jiangnan charm and creates a gentle atmosphere for the event. Volunteers from both societies carried out activities in coordination. They kicked off with fun interactive quizzes about opera and vintage items to get close to the elderly. Drama Society members demonstrated classic opera gestures and explained relevant cultural knowledge. The elderly were invited to follow the movements with patient guidance. At last, delicate opera-themed gifts were presented and a wonderful opera performance was staged, filling the venue with warmth and harmony.After the event, the two societies collected feedback and made improvements. They also discussed regular volunteer cooperation with Taikang Wuyuan. Taking advantage of the charming surroundings, they aim to turn one-off activities into long-term companionship and continuously bring artistic comfort and sincere care to the elderly.

本次两大社团联合志愿活动兼具现实意义与育人价值。活动以戏曲为载体，贴合长者年代记忆，在泰康吴园雅致清幽的环境中，为长者们带来了丰富的文娱体验。吴园室内设计雅致考究，公共空间里书画陈列雅致、窗明几净，起居细节尽显贴心，也难怪这里汇聚了学界泰斗、军旅精英与艺术名流，处处透着浓厚的人文底蕴。长者们在观赏表演、互动体验中收获快乐，真切感受到大学生的关怀与温暖。

对蚂蚁力量社团和戏曲社来说，此次合作实现了志愿服务与传统文化传承的有机结合。蚂蚁力量社团擅长活动统筹与对外联络，戏曲社发挥戏曲表演、文化科普的专业优势，双方携手将校园戏剧文化带入泰康吴园，让传统戏曲走进老年群体，同时也丰富了两个社团的公益服务形式与校园活动内涵。

对参与的志愿者而言，这次活动是一次宝贵的社会实践。在陪伴长者、演绎戏曲、科普文化的过程中，大家切实体会到敬老爱老的真正含义，不只停留在口号，更在于耐心倾听与用心陪伴。志愿者在实践中提升了沟通、组织与应变能力，增强了同理心和社会责任感，展现了西交利物浦学子热心公益、乐于奉献、勇于担当的良好风貌。

This joint volunteer activity boasts practical significance and educational value. Centered on traditional opera that evokes the elders' memories of past years, the event delivered rich recreational experiences amid the elegant and tranquil surroundings of Taikang Wuyuan. The indoor spaces feature exquisite design, well-displayed paintings and calligraphy, bright rooms and thoughtful living facilities. Home to distinguished scholars, military elites and renowned artists, the place boasts profound humanistic heritage. The elderly gained joy from performances and interactive sessions, feeling sincere care and warmth from young students.The collaboration perfectly integrates volunteer service with traditional culture inheritance. The Ant Power Workshop takes charge of overall arrangement and external communication, while the Drama Society leverages its strengths in opera performance and cultural popularization. Together, they bring campus theatrical culture to Taikang Wuyuan and popularize traditional opera among senior citizens, diversifying public welfare approaches and enriching campus activities of both societies.It serves as a precious social practice for all volunteers. Accompanying the elderly, staging opera shows and sharing cultural knowledge help volunteers grasp the essence of respecting seniors, which lies in attentive listening and heartfelt company rather than empty slogans. Volunteers have improved their communication, organization and emergency response capabilities, fostered empathy and social responsibility, and displayed the dedication and sense of responsibility of XJTLU students.

未来，蚂蚁力量社团将继续持续开展敬老陪护、文艺公益与文化科普志愿活动，以青年之力传递温暖，用戏剧艺术陪伴夕阳岁月，把公益初心与传统文化一直传承下去。

In the future, the Ant Power Workshop will continue to launch volunteer activities including elderly companionship, art public welfare and cultural popularization. It will pass on warmth with youthful strength, accompany the elderly in their later years through theatrical art, and keep carrying forward the original aspiration of public welfare as well as traditional culture from generation to generation.
